Step 1: Shop for items and add items to the cart.

Step 2: View the shopping cart by clicking the Shopping Cart button below or clicking the shopping bag icon at the top of this page (remember to apply coupons codes if available). 

Step 3: Print the Mail Order Form  by pressing the Mail Order Form button under the Total on the cart page (Do Not click Proceed to Checkout).

Step 4: Completely Fill out the form 

Step 5: Print and mail the form to June’s Jewelry by using the address at the top of the form
